Right of return

30-day money-back guarantee for any reason

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, regardless of the reason. This excludes corporate purchases or bulk orders, for which refunds may not be available. (Note: Orders of more than 5 units of the same product are considered bulk orders).

Requirements for the product condition

  1. Products with visible signs of wear, damage or signs of use as well as free gifts cannot be returned.
  2. Returns must include all original accessories.
  3. In the case of promotions, both the main item and the free or discounted item must be returned together. If only the main item is returned, the RRP of the free or discounted item will be deducted from the refund.
  4. All returned items must be in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected

Shipping and refund conditions

  1. For returns that are not quality-related, the buyer shall bear the costs of the return shipment. In addition, valid tracking information must be provided for the return shipment.
  2. For returns that do not concern quality, we will only refund the cost of the product itself.
  3. For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the date of dispatch and not on the date of order.

Notes:

Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of the warranty claim being made. After this period, refunds due to quality defects can no longer be processed.

Customers are asked to contact customer service before initiating a return to confirm if a return is the best option for their solution.

Return process

As soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse and has passed the inspection, the refund process begins.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please send a return request. You will need your order number and the email address used when purchasing. If you are paying as a guest and do not have an order number, you can create an account using the same e-mail address you used when you made your purchase. This will allow you to access your order history and manage returns.

Cancellation of an order

You can cancel your order yourself within one hour of placing it.

If you are unable to cancel directly, please contact us at support@appeartech.com or online.

Note: Orders that are already in the shipping phase cannot be canceled.

How long will it take before I receive a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the checkout process. Processing usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Warranty claims for quality defects

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Appear are covered by a comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase. (Please refer to the warranty conditions for the specific warranty period of your product).

Appear Tech's limited warranty is only valid in the country where the product was originally purchased. The warranty is void if the item is moved outside the country of purchase or shipped internationally from an authorized online order.

In the event of quality-related warranty claims, replacement items will be provided as follows:

If available, a factory refurbished product of equivalent value will be offered.

If a replacement is not possible or not desired, a partial or full refund will be offered depending on the use of the device and the warranty period.

Replacement products may differ in appearance or features from the original item. They may have a lower market value due to technological updates or changes in availability.

Notes:

The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.

Appear must document the result of all troubleshooting measures carried out by the buyer.

The serial number/IMEI of the defective item and/or clear visual evidence of the defect are required.

In some cases, the item must be returned for quality inspection.

If Appear requests the return of the defective item, the warranty for the replacement will expire if the wrong item is returned or the defective item is not returned.

Valid proof of purchase

The order number and the original delivery address for online purchases via Appear.

A sales invoice with the serial number/IMEI.

When shopping at Appear Tech. If the purchased item is lost, damaged or delayed during transportation, compensation can be provided so that customers can shop with peace of mind.

Worry-free purchase insurance covers late deliveries and lost or damaged parcels. You can find detailed information on the insurance cover, the compensation provisions, the refund conditions and other relevant information on the purchase page.

Appear is not liable for:

Data loss due to product use.

Accidental returns by the buyer.

Return of personal or non-related items.

Costs associated with unauthorized returns (returns outside the approved warranty procedure).

Losses due to improper use of the product. The compensation may not exceed the original purchase price of the item.

Notes:

The warranty conditions may be updated due to legal requirements, internal company guidelines or product changes.

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased through Appeartech.com. Products from unauthorized sellers are not covered. We reserve the right to interpret and change these terms.

If returns are shipped as specified with a prepaid label provided by us, we will cover any loss or damage in transit. However, we are not responsible for returns with altered labels, incorrect items or empty packaging. In such cases no refund will be given.

For non-quality related returns, the buyer is liable for any damage or loss during transportation. We do not offer refunds for items damaged in transit under warranty claims not related to quality.
