Normal ageing or wear and tear due to regular use of the products (including reduced battery capacity and colour changes over time).
Products without valid proof of purchase.
Lost or stolen items.
Products for which the warranty period has expired.
Non-quality defects reported more than 30 days after purchase.
Free products or promotional gifts.
Repairs or modifications by third parties.
Damage caused by external influences.
Damage caused by improper use of the product (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, damage caused by liquids or incorrect operation).
Products purchased from unauthorised retailers.
