   Very happy with my purchase. The phone is close to new condition, yet €150 less (which enabled me to buy it).
   I was looking for a phone that took great photos, and I've got it.
   Delivery on time (3 days).
   I recommend the phone and the site (which my children introduced me to).

   The phone arrived within a few days. It was as good as new.
   One small problem was that the cable was a USB-C to USB-C cable and didn't have the plug that goes with it. I don't think I saw this information beforehand.

   The delivery was totally haphazard and the phone was simply placed in the letterbox when it was clearly stated that a signature was required. I even received delivery information almost 1 week after receiving it!
   On the other hand, the phone, which is virtually black and not sky blue as shown in the image and on the website, works very well.

   Arrived quickly but the wrong colour. I had paid a bit more on purpose. I didn't try to exchange it as I absolutely needed a phone urgently.
   Having seen that customer service isn't very responsive to these problems, too bad, I'll have the wrong colour!

   This is my 1st purchase from Eco-smart. I was quite worried... for nothing! I ordered an A55 prenium. I received it in a few days and it seems to be in perfect condition. I'm delighted to have taken the plunge and recommend both the site and this seller!

   I had taken a decent condition and frankly there are no marks on the screen, a few barely visible marks on the corners, the battery lasts more than a full day, I usually have at least 30% left when I go to bed. I'm very satisfied for the price. It's a bit thick, but I chose it myself.

   Very good, nothing to report. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new phone in its original packaging. My daughter seems to be delighted with it for her 18th birthday! She'll be able to show it off at college!

    Product complies, arrived on time. Very happy with the functions. Good photo quality. The only downside was that it was delivered to a relay point and not to your home as planned. Couldn't find a replacement because it wasn't registered with the retailer.

    Hello, I'm partially satisfied with my camera, apart from the battery, which very quickly goes from 85% of charge to 50%. I'm a bit disappointed on this point, as my A42 was less battery-hungry.

    Charger supplied but without plug.
    Earphones not supplied and no jack plug, so you'll have to buy an adapter or earphones that plug into the USB socket.

    I received my new samsung a55 5g phone very well and have only one thing to say PERFECT as new screen and back of the phone impeccable really it was not my sweetheart I wanted an S23 or s24 but the price dissuaded me, but I do not regret this choice there battery 2 days full to recharge it er I recharge only to 85% not to damage the battery there beautiful colour Lilac, I have never been disappointed by eco-smart

    So far not disappointed with the quality of the phone, just a shame that wireless charging is only included on the S series, and the 25W 'fast' charge is a bit slow.
    Otherwise, I'm very happy with the fluidity and quality of the photos/videos, and with the finish of the phone, which looks very premium and exudes solidity.
    And thank you to the seller for the speed of delivery.

    The Samsung Galaxy A55 128GB that I received corresponds to the description. Fast delivery and very well protected.
    Impeccable condition.
    Easy to get to grips with and easy to transfer from my old phone too.
    I'm pleased with the quality of the photos and videos.
    Captures well, battery life 2 days (unless I do a lot of driving with gps).
    Flaw: the sensitivity of the keyboard, which will take me a while to get every word right on the 1st try. I do miss the jack a bit.
