I bought this iPhone in "perfect condition". However, I received several Apple alerts telling me: unknown screen, non-genuine part!
I also think the side button has changed.
Is this normal?

Nice just that the top speaker was dirty as well as the camera lenses on the back were also very dirty as if it had been glued and the glue put on wrong, otherwise battery condition at 100% and no scratches apart from 2 points of impact.

First purchase on Eco-smart. I chose an iphone 14 128go in premium finish.
From order to delivery I was not disappointed. Delivery time respected, decent packaging for a phone (a little bubble wrap in the box would have been a plus for transport). There have been no unpleasant surprises since the phone was put into service, and it works perfectly well. The battery is 100%. You should consider buying an iPhone-compatible charger (not included in the package).
For the moment I'm very satisfied with this purchase on back market and if things continue like this I'll certainly place another order. A small gesture for the environment and for my wallet.

iPhone received in 3 days. I had taken the third category so it should have had some signs of wear. It really arrived in new condition. The battery should have had a minimum capacity of 85%, even better it has 100% (with the original battery).
I wonder if I've been sent a new 256gb iPhone 14 instead of a refurbished one! Thank you!

I've had my IPhone 14 for over 1 week now and frankly I'm very happy with the quality, I got it in very good condition with a new battery that holds up really well.
