Payment options for buyers

Warranty conditions

Proof of purchase (invoice) is required to claim under the warranty.
Repairs under warranty are carried out exclusively by authorised service centres.
If the customer is outside the service centre area, they must take or send the appliance to the nearest authorised service centre at their own expense and risk.
The warranty is not extended after repair; it is valid from the original date of purchase.
Only faulty parts will be repaired or replaced, not the entire appliance.
Eco-Smart can use new, refurbished or reconditioned parts for repairs.
The warranty does not cover transport costs to the service centre.

What is NOT covered by the warranty

Physical or liquid damage - Cracks, broken parts or water damage are not covered.
Heating problem when charging - If the phone heats up while charging, this is not a fault and is not covered.
Software problems - Problems caused by updates, application installations or software bugs are not covered.
iOS update problems - If any problems occur after an iOS update, they are not covered by the warranty.
Damage to the screen due to mishandling - Lines, spots or stains on the screen due to drops or mishandling are not covered.
Battery and accessories - Battery condition, swelling, data backup problems and unauthorised chargers are not covered.
Normal wear and tear - scratches, dents, faded colours and minor defects - are not covered.
Unauthorised repairs - If the appliance is repaired by an unofficial service centre, the warranty will be invalidated.

How to make a warranty claim

Visit your nearest authorised Eco-Smart service centre or contact customer service via WhatsApp.
Bring the original packaging, all accessories and the invoice.
Back up your data and delete personal information before sending the device.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered, Eco-Smart may repair, replace or issue a refund or voucher, subject to stock availability.
If the problem is not covered by the warranty, repairs may be carried out for a fee.

Policy on defective products (mobile devices, tablets and connected objects)

If your product does not work properly after opening the packaging, please report this within three days of purchase.
For assistance, please contact your nearest Eco-Smart Authorised Service Centre or Eco-Smart Customer Services. Bring the original packaging, all accessories and the purchase receipt.
The service centre will check the product for a genuine manufacturing defect.
In the event of a manufacturing defect :

The product can be replaced.
If the same model is not available, you will be entitled to a refund or an Eco-Smart voucher of the same value.
