Warranty conditions
- Proof of purchase (invoice) is required to claim under the warranty.
- Repairs under warranty are carried out exclusively by authorised service centres.
- If the customer is outside the service centre area, they must take or send the appliance to the nearest authorised service centre at their own expense and risk.
- The warranty is not extended after repair; it is valid from the original date of purchase.
- Only faulty parts will be repaired or replaced, not the entire appliance.
- Eco-Smart can use new, refurbished or reconditioned parts for repairs.

What is NOT covered by the warranty

How to make a warranty claim
