Terms and conditions of use

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To request a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or hygiene items, dangerous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items excluded from the exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial repayments are made:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or open disc.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by e-mail that your return has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may be some time before your refund is officially published.

Then contact your bank. It usually takes some time to process a repayment.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send the item to : {postal address}.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are reimbursed, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

For more expensive items, you may wish to consider a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
