It's been 1 week since I received the iphone 13 in premium condition and it's as good as new, I don't even think it's been used. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone and I'm pleasantly surprised at the moment. I'll have to wait and see in the long term if this proves true...

Frankly, I'm very, very, very happy with my purchase! For refurbished, it's really good. I bought a midnight-coloured iPhone 13, and it's as good as new. Admittedly, it's refurbished, so there may be some unofficial parts (especially the battery, which is often the case), but frankly, I can't see any difference between it and my new iPhone 12.
What really impressed me was the battery. It holds up really well, especially compared to my old 12 mini. I use it for 2-3 hours a day, but I lost 1% of battery life in 2-3 weeks. That may be a bit fast for a loss, but it's nothing serious - it's probably just time for the phone to "get back on track" after reconditioning, updates, etc.
Another big plus point was the delivery. I received it in 2 or 3 days, which was super fast! Apart from that, I've still been waiting for my shell for 3 weeks... so really, hats off to you.
A word of important advice: look carefully at the sellers. Depending on the options you choose (new or standard battery, condition of the phone, etc.), you won't get the same refurbisher. Read the reviews, and go for sellers with good ratings - it can make all the difference. I think I was lucky, but everything went really well.
To sum up: I'm a student, I don't have an unlimited budget, and I wanted a good phone without breaking the bank. Result: I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend Eco-smart.

I have just received today my iPhone 13 that I ordered in perfect condition and it is perfect no scratches no breakage I received it with a protective plastic case. It is charging and I have not yet checked the battery status and the options advertised. I'll get back to you as soon as I've finished testing it. As for the delivery, it arrived on the 15th instead of the 17th as advertised, so it's perfect and in good condition. First time I've bought a reconditioned product and I'm not at all disappointed.
I had a lot of doubts and asked myself a lot of questions, but after reading some good comments I decided to go for it.
Very happy with my iPhone 13, first time I've switched to Apple and I wouldn't go back to any other brand.
I chose it with a new battery, it had a few faults but nothing really bad for the price and the ease of payment was a plus.
I highly recommend it and so far I haven't had any problems.

OLED screens are the best iphone screens! The iphone 13 is great and the 128GB is life changing. The phone, screen and cameras are in great condition, and despite the low price, the phone is as good as new. On top of that, buying a refurbished phone is environmentally friendly, so it's great! I am very pleased with my purchase from Eco-smart of a refurbished IPhone 13 with a new battery, which I hope is new, as I have no way of checking this other than that I can charge it to 100%.

It's now been 11 days since I received my iPhone 13 - 128 GB - Green - Unlocked.
I have absolutely no regrets about my purchase, the iPhone is practically brand new, even reconditioned, it's impossible to tell the difference.
I even chose the new battery option so that I wouldn't have any problems with the battery in the future. Eco-smrat was serious and efficient about the speed with which they sent my order.
I highly recommend it, even to those who have doubts about the quality of their reconditioned products.
There's no problem as long as you buy a product that fits within your budget, taking care to buy your device in good condition, and above all don't forget the battery. Don't hesitate to take this option, because when it's new, it's even better.

I ordered an iPhone 13 in premium condition from Eco-smart, which means that the product is visually flawless, almost as good as new. On receipt, I noticed a tiny impact on the chassis. It's not too serious and doesn't affect use, but for premium condition, I was expecting a really impeccable finish. On the other hand, there were no scratches elsewhere, which is very positive.
When transferring my data from my old iPhone 11, I encountered an error on the first attempt, which meant I had to start all over again. Fortunately, the second attempt worked without a hitch, and the transfer went through fairly quickly in the end.
The only real point of disappointment was the state of the battery at 93 %. For a 'premium' model, I was expecting a higher percentage, ideally close to 100 %, so I found that a little surprising.
That said, overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. You have to bear in mind that this is a refurbished product, not a new one from the factory, so you have to have realistic expectations. The iPhone works perfectly well, and the battery holds up very well.
Despite everything, I'm really pleased, especially in terms of value for money, which is excellent. A good alternative for those who want a recent iPhone without paying the high price of a new one.

I was apprehensive when I saw a lot of bad comments about this seller... but the phone arrived perfectly on time, in perfect condition, almost like new, with very small scratches around the rear cameras. But the 2 sides are perfect. Battery has 100%, perfectly in accordance with my order. Exact colour, nothing to say. I have no bugs or defects in the phone.
The phone comes in a box, with cable and SIM card ejector included, and is also protected by a bubble pouch in addition to the box, to avoid any further impact.
On my photo I've put a shell on it, but the phone is perfect.

Today is 4 August 2025, and after a month the phone is holding the battery correctly. I would like to make it clear that this is for regular and occasional use, not 24/7 use, otherwise the battery will obviously not hold...
For my personal use, the battery is more than sufficient.
On the other photos I apologise for the dust, as it's been a good month now.
No scratches of course since the arrival of the tel, the small white impacts on the outlines of the cameras, are sufficiently visible on the photograph but are literally invisible as said previously.
I know I'll get at least a good year for a refurbished IPhone! And it's worth it even to have a phone for 1 year. This price is correct, it's not abusive like the latest brand new Apple recently ...
