30-day money-back guarantee for any reason whatsoever
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase for any reason. This does not apply to corporate purchases or bulk orders, where refunds may not be possible. (Note: orders of more than 5 units of the same product are considered bulk orders).
Product condition requirements
- Products showing visible signs of wear, damage or use, as well as free gifts, are excluded from returns.
- Returns must include all original accessories.
- For promotions, the main item and the free or discounted item must be returned together. If only the main item is returned, the recommended retail price of the free or discounted item will be deducted from the refund.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.
Shipping and refund policy
- For returns that are not due to quality, the buyer is responsible for the return costs. Valid tracking information for the return shipment must also be provided.
- For returns that do not concern quality, we will only refund the cost of the product itself.
- For pre-ordered items, the 30-day return period begins on the date of dispatch and not on the order date.
Remarks :
Requests for refunds under the 30-day money-back guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of the guarantee claim. After this period, no refunds for quality defects will be made.
Customers are advised to contact customer service before initiating a return to confirm whether a return is the best option for their solution.
Return process
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process begins.
How to return an item
To initiate a return, please submit a returns request. You will need your order number and the email address you used at the time of purchase. If you are paying as a guest and do not have an order number, you can create an account using the same email address you used at the time of purchase. This allows you to access your order history and manage returns.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order yourself within one hour of placing it.

Please note: orders that are already in the dispatch phase cannot be cancelled.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the checkout process. Processing usually takes 3-5 working days.
Warranty claims for quality defects
All defects in the quality of items sold directly by Appear are covered by a full warranty from the date of purchase. (The specific warranty period for your product can be found in the warranty policy).
The Appear Tech limited warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased. The warranty is void if the item is taken outside the country of purchase or shipped internationally from an authorized online order.
For warranty claims relating to quality, replacement items will be supplied as follows:
If available, a factory-refurbished product of equivalent value will be offered.
If a replacement is not possible or not desired, a partial or total refund will be offered depending on the use of the appliance and the duration of the guarantee.
Replacement products may differ from the original item in terms of appearance or features. They may have a lower market value due to technological updates or changes in availability.

The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
Appear shall document the results of all troubleshooting actions performed by the Buyer.
The serial number/IMEI of the faulty item and/or clear visual evidence of the fault are required.
In some cases, the item must be returned for quality control.
If Appear requires the defective item to be returned, the replacement warranty will be void if the incorrect item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.

A sales invoice with the serial number/IMEI.

When shopping at Appear Tech. If the item purchased is lost, damaged or delayed in transit, compensation can be provided so that customers can shop with peace of mind.

Appear is not responsible for :
Loss of data due to use of the product.
Accidental returns by the buyer.
Return of personal or unrelated items.
Costs associated with unauthorised returns (returns outside the approved warranty process).
Losses due to misuse of the product. Compensation may not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Remarks :
Warranty conditions may be updated due to legal requirements, internal company policies or product modifications.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through Appeartech.com. Products from unauthorised sellers are not covered. We reserve the right to interpret and amend these terms and conditions.
If returns are sent as specified using a pre-paid label provided by us, we will cover any loss or damage in transit. However, we are not responsible for returns with altered labels, incorrect items or empty packaging. In such cases, no refund will be made.
For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss in transit. We do not offer refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality warranty claims.
